My pee was the color of cranberry juice and I was in pain. He wanted a urine culture to write for an antibiotic. Couldn’t explain where to get one. We agreed he would write for an antibiotic and I would get culture after. Sent me out walking Paris in the middle of the night to find a 24 hour pharmacy. They looked at his notes. No prescription. Just an order for a urine culture. I ended up at the hospital, where they laughed at the doctor. URINE CULTURES TAKE 48 hours. They gave me an antibiotic, numbing pills and high dose Tylenol. I could have gotten septic waiting for his urine culture. Medicine is not a game

Incredible service in the very early hours of the morning (about 4am!) on a Sunday to be able to speak to an English speaking doctor via telehealth to get the help needed for our son.
